the staff were consistently helpful and friendly i appreciated their attentiveness. the breakfast had good variety each morning with many choices. my room included a comfortable bed and sufficient space for luggage storage.
the street noise was occasionally noticeable especially during early morning hours.

I find the location just amazing, real close to the hagia sofia and blue mosque. It was easy to walk to places. tram access was easy too. receptionist had good knowledge and spoke my language! there where two free water bottles everyday.
The air conditioning sometimes turned off by itself. It did made it a bit warm in the night.

superb locationclean roomreally good assistance
The location was superb. it was close to major attractions and transportation was easily accessible. i especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job each day. the staff, particularly at the front desk, offered really good assistance with directions and local recommendations.

the hotel is close to a tram stop it is very easy to get around the city. there were multiple shops nearby including a grocery store the location was very convenient.
